Method of Delivery of Goods
1. The delivery of the selected goods to the "User" through the Volvo Car Sakartvelo website (https://volvocar.ge/) will be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the "Vehicle Pre-Purchase Agreement" and the "Main Purchase Agreement" signed between the "User" and the "Company".
2. The place of delivery of the goods is the legal address of the "Company": 137 Davit Agmashenebeli Alley, Saburtalo District, Tbilisi, Georgia.
3. The term of delivery of the goods is determined individually, in accordance with the existing agreement between the "Customer" and the "Company," based on the "Main Purchase Agreement."
4. The obligation of the "Company" to deliver and transfer ownership of the vehicle to the "User" shall arise only after the "User" has fully paid the purchase price of the vehicle.
5. The "User" can pay the price of the vehicle either via non-cash methods or in cash. The bank details of the company are as follows:

6. After the full payment of the price of the vehicle, the "Company" will ensure the re-registration of the vehicle in the name of the "Buyer" with the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
